Having gained a wealth of experience in this field, we are able to issue you an Energy Efficiency Certificate (EPC) with responsibility and validity, which is very important as the correct version of the EPC guarantees you against all your future transactions with the public regarding the property (such as the Building Service, the Electronic Buildings ID, the arbitration settlement, PPC etc). All buildings or parts of buildings, regardless of their size, have the obligation to issue PEAs.
